2 carrots, scrubbed
1 orange, skin and white pith removed, quartered

Push carrots, orange and apple quarters, and mint leaves through a juicer.
2. Fill 2 small glasses with ice cubes. Stir juice and pour between glasses. Serve with extra mint leaves, if using.
