40g rolled oats
125ml (½ cup) So Good Coconut Milk
125ml (½ cup) water
½ small ripe pear, sliced
1 Tbsp walnut pieces
1 tsp honey
Put 40g rolled oats, 125ml (½ cup) So Good Coconut Milk and 125ml (½ cup) water in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over a medium-high heat.
Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until oats are tender.
Serve topped with ½ small ripe pear, sliced, 1 Tbsp walnut pieces and 1 tsp honey.
